Cards and currency
The store displays Visa and Mastercard for card checkout through Paynid. The payment page shows the methods actually available for your transaction. Orders are priced and charged in EUR. Your bank may apply its own conversion rate or fees.
Where you pay
Check the order amount before leaving the shop. Card data is entered on the payment provider’s page and is not stored by LAVORA. Your bank may request an additional authentication step.
Successful, pending and failed payments
The order page shows the status received and verified from the provider. Reaching a return URL alone does not confirm payment. If payment is pending or the page closes unexpectedly, check the order status or contact support before trying again.
Refunds
Contact us with the order reference for a return or payment question. Approved refunds follow the applicable return rules and are normally issued through the original payment method. The time for the credit to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank.
