Seller and scope
These terms apply to consumer purchases from LAVORA. The seller’s legal identity and contact details are available in the Legal notice. The product page, checkout total and delivery and return information form part of your order information.
Products and prices
Review the model, quantity, specifications and delivery address before continuing. Prices are in EUR and include VAT as displayed. Your payable total is shown before payment.
Placing an order
Adding a product to your bag does not place an order. Enter your contact, billing and delivery details, check the total and continue to the payment provider. You can correct these details before proceeding. An unpaid order reference or a visit to the payment page is not proof of payment.
Payment and confirmation
Card payment is completed on Paynid’s payment page. We confirm payment only after checking the provider’s result. A confirmed order is then prepared for delivery. Check your account or contact support if the result is unclear before attempting another payment. We will contact you if a paid order cannot be fulfilled and arrange reimbursement where required.
Delivery
Standard delivery is free to the countries listed on our Delivery page. Estimated arrival is 3–5 days for Spain and 5–10 days for other EU countries after payment confirmation. Tell us before ordering about stairs, restricted access, installation or removal of an old appliance; these services are not automatically included. Contact support if delivery is delayed.
Withdrawal, faults and refunds
Our Returns page explains withdrawal, the return address, collection and return costs. The Warranty page explains support for faulty or non-conforming goods. A withdrawal and a defect claim are different procedures; neither replaces your statutory rights.
Support and applicable rights
Send complaints and requests to support with the order reference. Mandatory consumer protections that apply to you remain available. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. You may keep or print these terms for your records.
Free returns
LAVORA pays the return transport cost. Contact support with your order reference to arrange a free collection or a prepaid return. Do not pay a carrier before confirming the arrangement with us.

Faulty or damaged goods
Contact support with the order number and a description of the problem. We arrange the appropriate remedy; the free return service does not limit legal guarantees.
